In order to make Tracking Web more and more critical and reliable support for our customers who want to track their shipments in real time, we have recently automated the process of registering delivery outcomes through a new on- line service. By using tablet and smartphone, the result is directly recorded by the driver at the time of delivery, integrating the basic information, such as the date and time of delivery, with any reservation notes expressed by the recipient, rather than photographic documentation to testify possible “non-conformities” found in the delivered material.
At the customer’s request, you can also send a notification email at the same time the result is recorded in the system rather than a notification sms to the recipient when the shipment is entrusted to the driver who will deliver it.
